 Ten Tea'sSM organic matcha is comprised of Japanese green tea leaves grounded into a fine powder. Grown in the Aichi Prefecture, the tea leaves are grown and harvested under organic conditions and carefully grounded by stone mills. Each metal canister contains 1.06 ounces (30 grams) of tea powder for easy-to-make hot or iced green tea. Matcha can also be added as an ingredient to dessert items such as ice cream, yogurt, and cookies. The brewed tea has a deep green hue, a fresh and slightly floral scent, a fresh and pure flavor, and a fresh aftertaste with sweet undertones. This product is made from 100% green tea leaves and has no additives or sweeteners.
Simply mix one level teaspoon (2 grams) of tea powder for every 15 ounces (450 ml) of water, cold or hot under 140°F/60°C. This organic matcha is a ceremonial grade which can be whisked into a green froth. Please refrigerate after opening to maintain freshness. Each container has approximately 24 servings.
